The Concavex flexible stud is a special profile for plasterboard designed to enable the creation of concave and convex curves, determined by the bend direction. This stud combines perfectly with the Cobra 30 mm flexible track, which serves as a perimeter profile.
Technical specifications
The Concavex profile is made from zinc-coated Z140 steel of 0.6 mm gauge. Manufactured in one size only and intended for curved plasterboard ceilings, full height or suspended. To get all the necessary details, please download the installation manuals and the technical data sheet for Concavex Stud.

The Concavex stud is designed for use in creating a variety of curved elements, such as domes, barrel vaults, cross vaults, curved ceilings, waves, cornices, covers for air ducts, beams, angles and columns. This makes it the ideal solution for installing curved ceiling elements, using a single product.
Certifications and conformity
Concavex is certified to European standard EN 13964 on requirements for suspended drywall ceilings. It is currently the only certified product on the market for the installation of curved ceilings. It also complies with standards EN 10346 and EN 10143, guaranteeing Reaction to Fire classification A1.
