Building a curved wall requires special materials that are specifically designed, produced, and certified for this purpose. With the CobraKit Wall Kit, you can easily and quickly create design curves thanks to the Cobra flexible guide and Cobraflex panel. Without our CobraKit Wall, and by modifying standard material in a traditional manner, not only is the perfection of the curve not guaranteed, but the stability of the structure may also be compromised, and labor hours will increase.
We are specialists in curved structures and know how to help you easily and quickly build a curved wall and achieve an impactful result.
1. Marking and Shaping
Precisely mark the desired curve on the floor and ceiling. Manually shape the Cobra flexible guide along the marked line on the floor and ceiling.
2. Aligning and Fixing
Carefully align the profile along the drawn curve and fix it both to the floor and ceiling.
3. Fitting and finishing
Place the standard vertical studs (spaced 40cm apart) and secure them to the guide with screws.
Place the drywall panels on the prepared curved structure. Finish the curved surface with materials such as plaster, stone, or wood to achieve the desired final result.
lBy using the CobraKit Wall, you can save many labor hours as you have access to special materials specifically designed for this purpose. Without our CobraKit Wal, it would take many additional labor hours to manually cut and prepare standard profiles, as well as significant time to curve the panels, which might break and increase costs due to material waste. With CobraKit Wall, you will achieve a professional, precise result without waste, at an affordable price.
Curved ceilings add a dynamic and interesting visual element to a space, creating a sense of movement and fluidity. They can also enhance acoustics and make environments more welcoming. For example, when working in schools, gyms, offices, or medical and legal practices, the theme of acoustics always plays an important role. Additionally, dry-installed wall and ceiling systems offer many possibilities for individual room design. With this premise, we offer optimal solutions for our clients, who can further personalize their project with CobraLit.
With the Cobrakit Ceiling, the minimum curvature radius depends on the covering material used. Our secondary metal structure creates curves with very tight radii, so the real limit is related to the covering material. The CobraFlex panel, being pre-shaped, can be curved with a tighter radius compared to other, more rigid materials.
The time required depends on the size and complexity of the project. Building a curved ceiling with our CobraKit Ceiling system involves the same steps as a flat ceiling, avoiding time and material waste.
